NBN Co. was transitioning from build to operate and had to reduce its inventory holdings. One challenge in reducing working capital requirements was the volume of stock out in the field. These break-fix parts were a critical network insurnace that would allow repairs to be made within 30 minutes of an outage anywhere across Australia.
